□ Structure and Principle

ZZY type self-operated pressure regulating valve is composed of a detection actuator, a valve body, a pressure taking pipe and a valve front (rear) connection. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.

Its working principle is as follows:
The medium flows into the valve body from the direction of the arrow, and is output after being throttled by the valve seat and the valve core. The other way is through the pressure taking pipe (the condenser is added when the medium is steam) to be introduced into the actuator to act on the diaphragm, so that the valve core will be correspondingly displaced to achieve the purpose of decompression and voltage stabilization. If the pressure behind the valve increases, the force acting on the diaphragm increases, and the spring is compressed to drive the valve core to reduce the valve opening degree until the pressure behind the valve drops to the set value. Similarly, if the pressure behind the valve is reduced, the force on the diaphragm is reduced. Due to the reaction force of the spring, the valve core is driven to increase the opening of the valve until the pressure behind the valve rises to the set value.

1. Determination of pressure adjustment range:
See the table above for the determination of the pressure adjustment range. The control pressure should be selected as close to the middle period as possible. The smaller the pressure range setting, the higher the accuracy. Therefore, do not artificially expand the pressure setting range.
2. For the self-acting type behind the control valve, if the pressure difference ratio between the front and rear of the valve exceeds the range of 10, it is recommended to use a multi-stage pressure reducing valve or two self-acting type in series (except the pressure before the valve is less than 0.8Mpa, such as the pilot operated type) ).
3. If the nominal pressure exceeds 6.4Mpa, special design is required.

□ Installation

When the valve is used in a gas or low viscosity liquid medium, usually the ZZY self-operated pressure regulating valve is installed vertically on a horizontal pipe, and it is installed upside down or obliquely when the space is not allowed. (When confirming that the medium is clean, piece 3 may not be installed)


2. When the valve is used in steam or high viscosity liquid medium, usually the ZZY self-operated pressure regulating valve is installed on the horizontal pipe upside down.


When installing, pay attention to the following points:
(1) The condenser should be higher than the actuator of the pressure regulating valve and lower than the valve before and after the takeover. The condenser should be filled with cold water before use, and once every 3 months.
(2) The pressure taking point should be taken at an appropriate position of the pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating before the valve should be greater than 2 times the pipe diameter, and the pressure regulating after the valve should be greater than 6 times the pipe diameter.
(3) In order to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, appropriate space should be left around the pressure regulating valve. Shut-off valves and bypass manual valves should be set before and after the valve.
(4) The diameter of the regulator is too large (when DN≥100), there should be a fixed bracket
(5) When it is confirmed that the medium is clean, piece 3 may not be installed.
(6) The self-operated valve can be smaller than the pipe diameter, but the filter and stop valve cannot

□ Pressure adjustment method

See Figure 1 (a, b, c). The self-operated pressure regulating valve has been adjusted according to the set value before leaving the factory, but when the user wants to change the set value, or the actual indicated value deviates from the set value for some reason, the adjusting rod can be used to rotate the 7 (adjusting disc) The clockwise rotation pressure decreases, and the counterclockwise rotation pressure increases.
