□ Product structure and working principle

     This product consists of valve body flat throttle valve, regulating valve seat, valve core, pressure compensation balance bellows, upper and lower diaphragm cover, diaphragm, effective pressure spring. Its specific structure is shown in Figures 1 and 2.

□ Installation example

 

 

 

1.Several instructions for on-site installation
a. Site safety: The pipeline where the flow valve is installed should not be under pressure in advance, and the shutoff valves before and after the flow valve should be closed. Before welding, appropriate fire prevention measures should be taken.
b. Control performance: The pressure loss of the piping system should be consistent with the loss considered when calculating the size of the flow valve. The inlet and outlet should try to ensure a certain straight pipe section (usually 5D ~ 10D) to ensure the required control performance.
c. Installation position: There should be enough space for the operator to install and adjust the flow valve, as well as to ensure the possibility of disassembly and maintenance of the flow valve and accessories in place.
d. Filter: In order to ensure the normal use of the flow valve, the filter should be installed before the flow valve during installation and cleaned regularly. In a steam-filled building, there should be adequate drainage pipes and ventilation systems.
e. Flow valve group: Generally, a shut-off valve and a bypass valve are installed in the process piping to form a valve group to meet the needs of continuous operation of the equipment. For maintenance and unexpected situations, isolate with a shut-off valve and adjust with a bypass valve. The following arrangement is recommended.
f. In order to facilitate the adjustment, a display flow meter should be installed at an appropriate position that is easy to observe near the valve after the valve (or in front of the valve).

 

 

 

2. Field installation
A, the installer should first realize that the flow valve is a precise instrument and equipment, and it is not allowed to collide or fall to avoid damage and affect the product performance.
B. The piping system should be flushed before the initial start and after the shutdown and maintenance. Then the flow valve should be installed and the pressure in the pipeline should not exceed the limit value of the flow valve.
C. Be sure to install the flow valve according to the flow direction of the medium (arrow on the valve body) shown by the flow valve.
D. The flow valve should be installed vertically on the pipeline. That is, the actuator is down and the control valve is up, as shown in Figure 10. This ensures that the temperature of the medium is not transmitted to the actuator. When the medium temperature is lower than 80 ℃, the flow valve must be installed upside down, that is, the actuator is installed downwards. Where the valve has a heavy weight or there is vibration, a support frame should be added.

3.Control valve and actuator connection
In general, the control valve and actuator are delivered after being qualified and commissioned. If the user needs to develop and transport separately, they should pay attention to the connection and commissioning after shipment. First, use a coupling nut to lock the actuator on the valve cover, and then use copper or steel pipes to connect the (+) and (+) interfaces. -) And (-) interfaces are connected (copper pipe 8 1 card sleeve joint M12 1.25), as shown in the figure.
