Performance of pneumatic discharge valve equipment

1, discharge valve, corrosion resistance:

2. Use media such as granules, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel can be used at a temperature of -60 ℃ -232 ℃).

3. It is strictly forbidden to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF, etc.) and strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature is less than 150 ℃, concentration> 30%).

4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150 ℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. When it exceeds this requirement, it must be specified when ordering.

2, discharge valve, corrosion resistance:

1. PTFE has excellent adhesion to metal, average tensile resistance, and resistance to dilute and concentrated acids.

2. Use medium such as granules, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel material can be used at a temperature of -60 ℃ -232 ℃).

3. It is strictly forbidden to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF, etc.) and strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature is less than 150 ℃, concentration> 30%).

4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5 ℃ -225 ℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-1.6MPA. When it exceeds this requirement, it should be specified when ordering.

3, discharge valve: glass lined equipment is a glassy glaze with a high silicon content. It is made by coating metal tires at a high temperature of about 900 degrees. It has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It can prevent the substitution of the medium and metal ions and affect the contaminated products. The surface is smooth, wear-resistant and has a certain thermal stability. In addition to phosphorus and phosphorous medium, HFC, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, it can withstand various acids, alkalis, salt solutions and organic solvents.

A, corrosion resistance:

1. Resistant to general inorganic acid, organic acid, weak lye (P≤60 ℃ PH≤12) and organic agent medium.

2. Superior to stainless steel in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and other strong corrosive media. It is strictly forbidden to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF, etc.) and strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature is less than 150 ℃, concentration> 30%).

B, heat resistance, allowed to use between -30 ℃ -240 ℃ (temperature resistance to sudden changes less than 120 ℃).

Four, pneumatic discharge valve classification

Nominal pressure

Represents the symbol PN, the maximum allowable working pressure when applied at a certain temperature. For carbon steel body control valve, it means the maximum allowable working pressure when it is below 200 ℃; for cast iron body, it means the maximum allowable working pressure when it is below 120 ℃; for stainless steel body valve, it means below 250 ℃ Maximum allowable working pressure during application. When the operating temperature increases, the pressure resistance of the valve body decreases. For example, a carbon steel control valve with a nominal pressure of 6.4 MPa (PN64) has a pressure resistance of 5.2 MPa at 300 C, 4.1 MPa at 400 C, and 2.9 MPa at 450 C. .

Material of pressure valve body

Cast steel, stainless steel, 316L. Working pressure is 0.6-2.5MPA, working temperature is -20 ℃ -425 ℃. Valve caliber DN25-DN300. Connection: flange. Transmission method: manual, pneumatic. Applicable medium: oil, acid, corrosive medium, etc. Manufacturing standard: national standard.

The discharge valve is mainly used for the bottom discharge, discharge, sampling and non-dead-time shutdown operation of the reactor, storage tank and other containers. The bottom flange of the valve is welded to the bottom of the storage tank and other containers, so the residual phenomenon of the process medium usually at the outlet of the container is eliminated. The discharge valve is designed as a flat bottom type according to the actual situation, and the valve body is V-shaped And provide two working modes of lifting and lowering of the disc. The inner cavity of the valve has erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant seals. When the valve is opened, it can protect the valve body from being washed away and corroded by the medium. With anti-corrosion function, the valve flap is sealed with hard alloy when necessary on the cover. The sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. At the same time, the design of short stroke disc is adopted.
