I. Overview of throttle cut-off valve

广泛应用于石油、天然气、煤气、石油液化气机炼油、机场、化工、油气储运等的管道上作闭路装置。 Throttle cut-off vent valve is widely used as closed circuit device on pipelines of petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, petroleum liquefied petroleum gas refinery, airport, chemical industry, oil and gas storage and transportation. 经常要用到摇头氧气、氮气、氢气、氩气等气体。 Ammonia shut-off valves often use gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and argon. These gases are generally stored in special high-pressure gases. When in use, the ammonia pressure is used to reduce the gas pressure to the range required for the experiment, and then fine-adjusted by other control valves to allow the gas to enter the system. The most commonly used pressure reducing valve is a stop valve for ammonia, referred to as an ammonia valve.

Product structure characteristics of throttle cut-off vent valve

1. This valve is a new type of throttling, cut-off and venting product. The valve adopts cage-shaped fan group throttling. It has multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable seal, convenient operation and maintenance.
2. The valve adopts double seal (hard and soft seal) to make the seal reliable. The hard alloy cover can be more resistant to airflow erosion and wear resistance. The double seal can achieve zero leakage under high pressure gas medium conditions. The valve has a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is tapered, which is helpful for the valve to clean the dirt attached to the sealing surface.
4. The valve disc is provided with a balance hole and a piston seal to ensure stable operation under the full differential pressure of opening / closing, light and flexible opening, and low opening and closing torque.
5. Throttle cut-off vent valve and double-acting throttle valve have both throttling and cut-off (sealing is zero leakage). Throttling parts are separated from the sealing surface to reduce airflow scouring on the seal.
6. The double-acting throttle cut-off valve also has a multi-stage throttling function, and the throttling pressure difference is large, which can be used for throttling and cut-off under high pressure.
7. The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing capability, which requires no adjustment and is extremely light to open and close. The stuffing box is provided with an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, which makes the valve packing sealing performance reliable.
8. The valve can be repaired online. The pipeline can be replaced with a series of wearing parts such as packing under pressure.
9. The valve is provided with a large drainage hole at the bottom of the valve. If necessary, it must be opened to clean the dirt in the valve.

Working principle of throttle cut-off vent valve

1. Normally closed state: The hard seal of the valve disc is pressed on the valve seat boss to form a hard seal. At the same time, the soft seal embedded in the valve disc is tightly pressed against the end face of the valve seat to form a second seal. The sealing structure guarantees zero leakage of the valve, and because the valve disc has a balance hole, the valve disc receives a smaller force when it is closed and opened, and it also has a smaller torque when the valve is opened and closed.
2. Slow pressure state: When the bottom end of the valve disc leaves the sealing surface of the valve seat, since the bottom end surface of the valve disc is close to the bottom edge of the opening of the cage, the valve disc and the inner diameter of the cage form a seal at this time. Instead of directly venting the pressure relief, so as to achieve a mitigation effect.
3. Throttle state: The bottom carbonyl of the valve disc leaves the valve seat and is further opened. A first-stage throttling is formed at the small throttle head. The high-speed fluid directly flows to the small valve flap after the slow pressure throttling. Surface, when the high pressure medium directly flushes the throttling channel, the bottom end of the valve disc generates vortex due to the change of the medium direction, which reduces the direct flushing of the valve disc by the medium, so that the valve seat seal also avoids the direct flushing of the medium. The sealing surface is conical, which can sweep dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat to protect the sealing surface, thereby extending the service life of the valve.
4. Fully open state: When the valve flap is fully open, the entire valve is fully vented, and the resistance of the fluid in the cold door is small, which shortens the venting time and improves the venting effect of the valve.
